PLAYLIST MANAGEMENT

The PLAYLIST MANAGEMENT controls the actual content of the playlists for a given date/time and player, resp. channel.

In this part of the system the administrator specifies the media to be played, their length (duration) and the order in which they should be played.

PLAYLIST MANAGEMENT also allows:

- automatic distribution of data to each player by the InfoDISTRIBUTOR module
- program log file analysis (reporting errors and verifying which media have been already played)
- creating reports according to the different selection criteria
In the Standard and Professional versions, InfoMANAGER offers also the following options:
- exporting data in XLS-format (all data stored by InfoMANAGER in a table-format can be transferred with a mouse click into Microsoft Excel).
- setting different system access rights for multiple users
- archiving old data (files and database tables)
